She has widely experience working for Private Foreign Indonesia Bank, as a Branch manager, Human resources Group Head for 30 years; after she graduated Bachelor of Acountancy and Master of Business Administration from Newport University of USA. She has an outstanding performance award in Directorate of compliance & human resources and SPI in 2006. She hold Certified facilitator for 7 habits of highly effective people, Franklin Covey; Job evaluation from Hay Group; Performance driven succession planning corporate, Kavaq KL; Carrier development aligned to business strategy corporate, and value added HRM corporate from Kavaq KL, and others such as Value internalization program; developing the leader within you, John Maxwell; Managing difficult people; Marketing oriented people and counseling for carrier.

Drs. A.D. Sonny Soedjadi, M.H; M.B.A

An Economic graduated majoring in business enterprise. He joined the firm after working for various companies such as bank, finance, shipping, and others for more than 30 years. He hold Master of business Administration in Banking and Finance from NIBF, and Magister of Law from Padjadjaran university in Business Law. He joined with PERADI and hold certificate of lawyer and also a Receiver and Administrator (IKAPI) at Indonesia Law and Human Rights Department. His practice area covers corporate and commercial Banking, foreign investment, banking and financial service, labor and employment, credit analyses and control and he speaks in various seminar and training in banking, finance, human resources management and business law for more than 15 years. He joined the comparative study in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and others. He has also lectured in some universities : USAHID and Prasetya Mulya Business School.

2. Services and Product

2.1. Human resources planning, it is designed to ensure that personnel needs will be constantly and appropriatelly met. It is complised through analysis of (a) internal factor, such as current and expected skill needs, vacancies, and departemental erxpansions and reductions and (b) factors in environment, such as the labor market. The use of computers to build and maintaininformation about all employees has enable organizations to be much more efficient in their planning of human resources.

2.2. Reqruitment; Reqruitment is concerned with developing a pool of job candidates in line with the human resources plan. Candidates are usually located through newspaper and professional journal advertisement, employment agencies, word of mouth, and visit to collegeand university campuses. For professional & executive search, we will conduct a deep interview and assessment a general attitude, also leadership style inventory. We make short list report of suitable candidate for user review. It will be benefit for you to get right person with effective cost and we also to give replacement guarantee during probation period.

2.3. Selection; Selection involves using application forms, resumes, interviews, employment and skill tests, and reference checks to evaluate and screen job .Candidates for the Managers who will ultimately select and hirea candidate. We conduct of psycotest and also take an interview. We make the appraisal reports that concern with placement recommendation. It will be benefit for finding the best candidate for staffing.



2.4. Assessment, To assess soft commencies as well as leadership style, we will develop and validate tailor made assessment tools. The assessment center makes a multi method such as situational observation, paper and pencil inventory, and behaviour event interview. We make an assessment report and also individual feed back if it is required. It is benefit that you have comprehensive profile of your staff, and it certainly assist you to make an individuals training and career development program.

2.5. Training and development; Both of them aim to increase employee’s abilities to contribute to organizational development programs are designed to prepare employees for promotion. We proposed various training program for enrichment employee’s skills and capabilities.



2.6. Performance appraisal; Performance appraisal compares an individual’s job performances to standards or obyectivces developed for the individual’s position. Low performance may prompt corrective action, such as additional training, a demotion, or separation, while high performance may merit a reward, such as raise, bonus, or promotion. Although an employee’s immediate supervisor performs the appraisal, The HRM department is responsible for working with upper management to establish the policies that guide all performance appraisals. The orientation of our performance management system is to give equal reward and to give equal career development. It will give benefit to being integrated of business process, company goals and human capital.

2.7. Compensation management; The process begins with analysis of position, function, responsibility, interaction, and qualification. The result of position evaluation is job point of each position anf of course grading. It will be benefit for salary system. Its reflectan employee’s value to organization. High performers may be promoted or transferred to less important positions, or even separation. Any of this options will, in turn, affect human resources planning.
